Tips to help you sleep

1. If you have a phone, computer of tablet beside your bed put it as far away from you as possible. 
2. Eat before you go to sleep(This only work for some people).
3. Use the washroom.
4. Avoid naps(Especially in the afternoon)
5. Exercise daily(So that you are tired)
6. Try drinking warm milk at night it relaxes your mind and fulfills your hunger until you fall asleep. (This only works for some people)
