If someone says that your pretty or cute don't go looking for excuses in what they say to make it sound like they don't actually mean what they said. But if they say it in a mean voice, then just ignore them because they are probably just jealous of one of your other amazing quality's and so they are trying to bring you down by commenting on one of your lesser qualities.
